Brief Firm History
Our law firm has a rich history dating back to 1990, when Bill Lewis, whose father died as a result of a disease caused by toxic exposure, left his very successful tax practice to found Environmental Litigation Group P.C.
Two years later, Gregory A. Cade began his activity at our law firm as a paralegal while striving to obtain his Master's Degree in Industrial Hygiene. As the law firm grew, we became experts in environmental litigation matters and Gregory Cade became the Owner of Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. His original plan was to have a better understanding of the science behind toxic exposure so as to be able to help as many injured clients as possible. Several years later, when Bill Lewis decided to retire, he asked Gregory Cade to lead the law firm, as, in the meantime, the latter had earned a Juris Doctor degree. We started off with only 50 clients, but within 4 years, our law firm was representing over 8,000 clients.
Today, Gregory Cade is a true expert in the legal and scientific fields of toxic exposure. Perhaps our most important guidelines are that we do not assume anything. Instead, we ask, we record, and we research, thereby getting to know our cases to the last detail.
